- Previous experience in masonry work
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Maintenance technicians
- Experience in maintenance of photovoltaic and electrical systems
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work in the field
Electricians
- Experience in the installation of civil and industrial electrical systems
- Photovoltaic expertise (installation, maintenance)
- Professional certifications (welcome but not required)
Design engineers
- Experience in designing photovoltaic systems
- Knowledge of GSE/ENEL/TERNA portals
- Ability to work in a team
Installers of photovoltaic systems
- Experience installing photovoltaic panels
- Ability to work on elevated roofs and structures
- Knowledge of safety regulations
General Requirements:

B driver's license
